Returns are allowed on shoes within 5 days of the delivery date.

 

All shoes MUST be returned in the original box and packaged durably. Sole Jealous is not responsible for items damaged during transit. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Once your return has been approved. Please return your order to (address coming soon)

Include your order number. Once your order has been received you will receive a store credit gift card for the amount of your purchase minus shipping fees.

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

    •    Free gifts or promotional items

    •    Items marked FINAL SALE / LOW STOCK

    •    Accessories

    •    Worn items

    •    Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.

    •    Shipping fees

    •    If the coupon code FINALSALE is used.

Can I get my money back?

We want you to be 100% satisfied. If you aren't in love with your items for any reason it's totally up to you will receive a store credit.

 

Unfortunately, if the item is marked FINAL SALE / LOW STOCK cannot be returned. 

 

Are there any return fees?

Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. 

If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.

 

How soon will I receive my store credit?

Once we have received your return please allow up to 7-10 business days for your store credit to be issued.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes, Free Shipping is available on all orders over $100. No code is requires. Free shipping orders will be shipped standard Priority 2-4 day delivery with USPS.

Please note that due to the covid-19 pandemic, USPS is experiencing delays.
